In 2010, we bought a vintage step-van, the 1957 Grumman-Olson Kurbside. We towed it 300 miles, saved our pennies and started restoring it from the ground up. When she's finished we'll have a fully operational, "mobile dessert bar"—open daily for lunch, year-round for special events, late nights at local shows, early mornings at farmer's markets and anywhere in between.
